I hold a Master of Education in Science (M.Ed. Sc.) and a Bachelor of Science with Education [B.Sc. Ed. (Hons.)], both awarded by the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). These qualifications have provided a strong academic foundation that complements practical experience in educational leadership, institutional management, strategic planning and evidence-based decision-making.

Prior to joining MUHAS, I served as Deputy Head of School at St. Joseph's Cathedral High School, where I provided leadership in academic administration, staff supervision, quality assurance, student discipline, successfully led multidisciplinary teams, strategic planning and school management, establishing a strong foundation in educational leadership, human resource management and organizational development.
An accomplished education administrator and education management professional with over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in university administration, institutional governance, student affairs and organizational management. Currently serving as the Manager of the Students Services Bureau at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS), providing strategic leadership in student welfare, accommodation services, policy implementation, health and safety, and institutional support services.
I possess extensive experience in corporate governance, having served as the Secretary to the MUHAS Workers Council and Executive Workers Council from 2013 to 2021, where I provided strategic secretariat services on employer-employee relations. This role strengthened my expertise in governance, policy implementation, formulation and review of key policies. Coordinated and manage institutional committees, regulatory compliance, managed administrative operations that enhanced service delivery, accountability, institutional effectiveness and executive decision-making.
