Stella Jackson Mwaisengela is an experienced administrator and education professional currently serving as the Supervisor and Warden In-Charge at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences. Before joining MUHAS, she worked as a secondary school science teacher, specializing in Physics and Chemistry. She holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business (MBA-IB), a Bachelor of Science in Education (Physics and Chemistry), and a Certificate in Clearing and Freight Forwarding Practice (CFFPC). Throughout her career, Stella has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills through various roles in staff representation and institutional governance. She previously served as Treasurer of SHIMMUTA, General Secretary of Tanzania Health and Teachers' Union and the Deputy Secretary of the MUHAS Workers' Council for two consecutive tenures.
