I am Administrative Officer in the Office of the Dean, School of Dentistry at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS). I hold a bachelor's degree in human resource management from the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA) and a Diploma in Secretarial Studies from the Tanzania Public Service College (TPSC). I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Management with Information Technology. I enjoy supporting effective administrative services and working with others to achieve institutional goals.
My research interests include risk management practices, human resource management, university administration, and organizational development, with a focus on improving institutional performance, decision-making, and operational effectiveness.
