Mr. Hamza is a Registered Neonatal Nurse Specialist with a Master of Nursing in Neonatology from Southern Medical University, China. He currently serves as an Assistant Lecturer at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS), where he contributes to nursing education through teaching, clinical supervision, simulation-based training, curriculum development, and mentorship.

He has clinical experience in neonatal intensive care from Southern Medical University Hospital, China. His professional interests focus on improving neonatal outcomes through evidence-based practice, research, education, and capacity building. Mr. Hamza holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from MUHAS, with additional international training experience in Denmark and China. He is committed to advancing neonatal nursing practice through professional collaboration, mentorship, and global knowledge exchange.
