Gladness Willy Moshi is Principal Warden II at MUHAS with over 14 years in student services. Since 2011, she has enforced regulations, overseen student administration, health services, managed accommodation to promote welfare and enhance student life.
From 2016–2020, she served as Acting Administrative Officer at DOSO, assisting students with documentation for visas, passports, NIDA, loans, scholarships and bank accounts while supporting academic, professional, religious and gender-based groups. She also managed conflict resolution and prepared reports for the Students Affairs Committee (SAC).
Gladness holds two master’s degrees in Public Administration (Mzumbe) and Social Work (ISW) plus a BA in Sociology (UDSM) and a Diploma in Education. Her career reflects discipline, professionalism and commitment to advancing student services and higher education administration.
