Dr. Eladius currently serves as a Lecturer and Orthodontist in the Department of Orthodontics, Pedodontics, and Community Dentistry. He completed a Clinical Fellowship in Functional and Orthopedic Appliances at Ankara University between February 2024 and November 2025. He earned a Master of Dentistry in Orthodontics from Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) between 2020 and 2023, having previously obtained a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the same institution between 2012 and 2017. He completed his Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education at Karatu Boys’ Secondary School from 2010 to 2012 and his Certificate of Secondary Education at Horombo Secondary School from 2006 to 2009.
