Dr. Denis Richard Chemli is a dental surgeon, academic, and orthodontist in training at the Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS), Tanzania. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from MUHAS and is currently pursuing a Master of Dentistry in Orthodontics, where his work focuses on integrating evidence-based practice with advances in digital orthodontics and contemporary treatment techniques.
As a Tutorial Assistant in the Department of Orthodontics, Pedodontics and Community Dentistry, Dr. Chemli is actively involved in undergraduate clinical teaching, mentoring, and patient care. He has also served in leadership roles, including Chief Resident, demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence, teamwork, and professional development.
