She holds a Bachelor of Education in Administration and Management, which has equipped her with strong competencies in educational planning, leadership, and organizational management. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and a strong commitment to promoting academic excellence and holistic student development. She previously served as a Head Teacher for one (1) year, where she was responsible for academic and administrative leadership, staff supervision, and ensuring effective implementation of school policies. She is currently working as a Warden at the Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS), where she oversees student welfare, discipline, and residential life management, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for students.
