MUHAS, in collaboration with Charity Vision Tanzania and Focus Foundation, has conducted an eye care outreach programme at Kilosa District Hospital in Morogoro Region, reaching 664 residents.

The programme, running from 25–29 May 2026, provides eye examinations, consultations, surgeries, and eyeglasses. So far, 44 patients have undergone surgery and 201 have received eyeglasses.
