i. Bachelor of Pharmacy (Minimum of B pass in Pharmacognosy), Pharmaceutical sciences, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology or a related field with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.7 from a recognized Institution

A postgraduate Diploma in any relevant field with an average of “B” or a minimum GPA of 3.0.
ii. Certificate of completion of internship or certificate of full registration by the Pharmacy council of Tanzania.
