MUHAS, through its School of Pharmacy, in collaboration with Muhimbili National Hospital (MNH), conducted a two-week Clinical Pharmacy Services training for pharmacists from Barrick Gold Mine Health Centre in Kahama, Shinyanga.
Held from 27 April to 8 May 2026, the training combined theory and practical sessions on patient assessment, pharmaceutical care, communication skills, ward rounds, and patient follow-up. Participants praised the quality of the training and recommended extending its duration to enhance learning depth.
