On 22 May 2026, 29 healthcare professionals graduated from a six-week Hemodialysis training programme aimed at strengthening kidney care services in Tanzania. The course, led by Prof. Doreen Kamori, enrolled 31 participants from different regions, with 29 completing successfully.

The programme combined one week of classroom learning and five weeks of practical training at Muhimbili National Hospital and the African Health Network.
