i. Graduates from any recognized University in Medicine, Dentistry, Laboratory Sciences, Veterinary Sciences, Pharmacy, Environmental Health Sciences, Nursing, statistics, demography, biology, food science, and public health, or any other health-related fields with a minimum GPA of 2.7 or an average of “B”.
OR
A postgraduate diploma in any relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or an average of “B”.
ii. A minimum of 2 years of post-internship working experience.
