MUHAS has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with LifeDX Africa Co. Ltd and Rapid Bio to enhance collaboration in diagnostic technologies, research, innovation, and capacity building.

The agreement was signed on 16 May 2026 at the Arusha International Conference Centre during the 3rd Session of the Russia–Tanzania Joint Intergovernmental Commission. MUHAS was represented by Deputy Vice Chancellor – Academic, Prof. Emmanuel Balandya.
